Programming requires diligent effort on both ends. There wont be a bunch of questions and then a cookie cutter regiment that anyone can follow. It gets personal. Your goals differ from anyone else's goals. So does your eating habits, rest habits, psychological differences, and cravings.
Men's and Women's programming stay different specifically due to the fact that there are biological differences requiring more attention to details at times for one than the other. A coach aware of these differences is more equipped to gear you for success with decreased likelihood for failure. You will fall short at least once, but will you get back up and continue?
